December 11 | 9am - 12pm | MLK Community Center, National City

“You can’t manage what you can’t see.”  This old adage points to the value of measuring to manage and verify energy and water performance.   Effective management requires not just seeing a number, but understanding the meaning of the number by knowing what it should be.

This presentation will cover the latest calibrated modeling techniques by looking at actual utilities to validate performance and update predicted baselines. How to use baselines for Monitoring-Base Commissioning (MBCx) and ZNE projects. As well as how to Measure, Manage and Verify (MM&V) planning, commissioning support, training, and implementation.

Speakers:

Courtney Bonas - M&V Project Manager, stok

Sandy Houck - Associate Principal | M&V Project Manager, stok

This initiative is part of the San Diego Regional Energy Partnership's Local Government Partnerships Program, which is partially funded by California utility customers and administered by San Diego Gas & Electric® under the auspices of the California Public Utilities Commission.
