Engaging with the San Diego Green Building Council committees is an exciting, fun, and rewarding way to volunteer your time and resources towards a more sustainable San Diego.

We house several successful working committees that are operated entirely on a volunteer basis. More information on the mission, projects, and how to get involved with each committee can be found below.

Residential Green Building

Focuses on education and advocacy in the residential sector. This committee leads up the annual Green Homes Tour program.

Green Business

Focuses on providing support and coordinating resources in support of the local Green Business Network and its role in achieving regional climate goals. This committee provides an opportunity to engage with the local business community.

Women+ in Green

Advances and empowers the role of women in the green building and sustainability sectors. Provides an opportunity to create engaging events, network with local leaders, and grow the initiative.
