This panel discussion and tour will take a dive into public-private-nonprofit partnerships that are engaging the local commercial real estate market to push the boundary on building performance. Participants will learn how commercial real estate owners are reducing energy and water consumption and what types of technologies/solutions they are implementing to reach their emission reduction goals. Additionally, this panel will uncover the collaborative work created through the San Diego 2030 District and ways buildings across the region can follow suit.
