California Energy-Smart Homes Presentation

Please join us at our Residential Committee Meeting where Chad Bender and Melinda Dinin from TRC Companies will discuss the new California Energy-Smart Homes program. This program provides incentives for residential projects adopting advanced energy measures towards transitioning to all-electric construction. Incentives are available for all-electric and mixed-fuel new construction and alterations including single-family, duplex, multifamily low-rise, additions, alterations, accessory dwelling units, and manufactured housing.
