With California’s aggressive ZNE goals for commercial buildings, this presentation and tour will cover: Palomar College’s reasoning and drivers for pursuing a ZNE strategy, unique design challenges to achieve ZNE, and how this model can be replicated throughout the region. Attendees will begin with a panel presentation from project stakeholders and then tour the facility with Palomar College staff.
