Join us for this free workshop in the 2019 San Diego Regional Energy Partnership (SDREP) Education Series.
Homes built in 2020 and beyond will be highly efficient and include photovoltaic generation to meet the home’s expected annual electric needs.[1] What does the new code cycle ask for? What does this mean for your project? How will you comply with the new code cycle come January 1st, 2020? Does my residential project need to be ZNE?
Hear from local practitioners and code experts on the impacts of meeting compliance for the new code cycle as well as changes and updates to the new code. Attendees will also hear about what to expect for future code iterations where the most important energy characteristic for a building will be that it produces and consumes energy at times that are appropriate and responds to the needs of the grid.[2]
