DESCRIPTION:
Join the Collaborative and guest speaker from ILFI for this opportunity to get an in-depth look at Living Future's JUST Label while interacting with local companies that have gone through the process of achieving this social justice and equity transparency tool. We'll be partnering with local JUST organizations and companies who are curious about pursuing the label to create an interactive environment surrounding the various indicators such as: Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Health, and Stewardship.

Speaker & Moderator:
Sandy Sechang, JUST Management Consultant, ILFI
Sandy Sechang is a JUST Management Consultant at the International Living Future Institute. With a degree in city and regional planning in the Knowlton School of Architecture at The Ohio State University, Sandy brings a unique perspective on an organizations’ impact on their communities, in ways that people may or may not readily see. She loves working with organizations worldwide to become more socially just, equitable, and inclusive. Her goal is to help organizations develop progressive policies and practices that lead to more engaged, happier work environments. For most companies she speaks to, the challenge is: “How do we get started?”
