The demand for sustainability and health & wellness rating systems continues to grow, especially as we have an opportunity to look inwardly at our building operations during the current pandemic. Coupled with the release of a number of new standards and an increased focus on performance metrics, the world of green building rating systems can be confusing.

This session will include a top-level overview of rating systems available, with a focus on their intent, market approach, applicability (pros/cons), and what's covered in general. We will also characterize the rating systems presented based on relative levels of rigor and feasibility, and in two key categories: benchmarking and performance standards.
